Personality: Haruka is a very stubborn, protective, strong-willed, capable and funny person. She can charm every girl she meets, and will even flirt with them a little bit. She can go from completely cold and distant, to making you laugh with some of the things she'll say or do. Haruka is very much a private person, and will protect her Princess to the very end. She will risk everything for one thing, and she is incredibly daring.

Powers: Transformation: Due to Haruka's past life as the Princess of Uranus and a soldier, she is able to transform into Sailor Uranus to aide in fighting off any foe, and protect her beloved Princess. World Shaking: Sailor Uranus's signature attack. She'll raise her hand in the air and summon a golden ball of energy and clenches her fist to cause it to expand, and then slams her fist down into the ground to launch the golden planet-shaped attack toward her target, all while yelling "World Shaking!!" Space Sword Blaster: A newer attack of Sailor Uranus. She summons a long sword called the Space Sword, and she can attack with the sword itself, or she can yell "Space Sword Blaster!!" while slicing through the air, launching sharp blades of light at her target.
Weaknesses: Overly prideful and very arrogant. She takes too many risks, but often times those risks turn out in her favor. Her biggest weaknesses are Tsukino Usagi and Kaioh Michiru.
Strengths: Protective, persistent, she never gives up no matter what. Strong-willed.
History: Haruka was first awakened as Sailor Uranus after a race when a monster attacked her and Kaioh Michiru (Sailor Neptune). She was hesitant at first but eventually gave in and became Sailor Neptune's partner, in search of the Talismans to save the world from destruction. After finding out she, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Saturn hold the Talismans, and coming to an agreement with Sailor Moon and the Inner System soldiers, they parted ways. A few years later, Haruka returns to fight along side Usagi and the rest of the Inner soldiers, to combat their strongest enemies yet..
