Bob is loyal to his friends and family. He doesn't put up with their crap, but that doesn't mean he'll abide when someone insults or harms them. If they are wronged, he will do anything to make things right. He's also as supportive as a person can be.

Bob is a really honest man. Yes, he does lie on occasion like any other man, but he is the type who will tell you like it is no matter what. He doesn't sugar coat his thoughts and feelings.

He can really cook. He would have to have some talent as a burger maker to be moderately successful for as long as he is, and his burgers, though strange sounding, really are worth eating. After all, he was trained by his father, who was more successful than he at running a burger grill.

He's patient. VERY patient. You'd have to be with three kids, a wife and a restaurant that barely makes ends meet some days and is super busy other days.
History: Bob was the child of an alcoholic restaurateur named Big Bob, who's dive was called "Big Bob's Diner". His mother died when he was a kid, so Big Bob was all he really had growing up. He was too busy minding his dad's store to have friends or play outside like a normal kid. Even if he did get distracted, his father was always there telling him to get back to work.
Items in Pocket: His wallet, pictures of his wife and kids. One fateful day, his father was gone and he was minding the grill. He invented his first burger and his father showed disdain for it. It was then that he decided to, when he was grown, leave his father and go into business on his own.
He then grew up, met his wife at a bar, got married and had his kids. The rest of his life was soon a series of misadventures involving rivals like Jimmy Pesto and Hugo, his wife's former fiance, his kids and his restaurant.
