The twelve year-old red headed girl adjusted her backpack as she opened the door leading to the field. Her name was Anna Lee and she was an adventurer and miner. Finding a suitable place to start her mine was crucial to her new business, which sold metals, rocks, and minerals. Besides, exploring the wilderness was always the best way to get to know a place. That was what she felt at any rate.
This was an incredibly strange place. It was some sort of building with gates on a lot of rooms, which were supposedly stores, but it also had a lot of wilderness inside of it. Having a field inside of a building seemed odd. Usually those were outside. Then again, there was somewhat of a fake sky above her head. This mostly solidified how confusing this place was. She hoped that she could actually dig into the ground deep enough to mine the ore and rock below. Hopefully there even was ore and rock below. Without it, there would be no way that she could keep her store going.
Taking a deep breath, she gently put her pick's head on her shoulder and started into the field.

Anna looked at Dirk and then at Bendy. "It's nice ta meetcha both." For a moment, she looked around again. "This place is pretty colorful an' I've never been in a mall." It sounded like the word 'maul', but that couldn't be right. This seemed like just a building with a lot of gates inside of it. They probably were just not allowed to go into those places. Why else would they be gated off like that? "I don' understand this mall place."
When the others came in, she noticed just how different everyone was. This was like Arcadia, her home planet, except in just one building. Usually people stayed in their own towns back on that planet. Here, it seemed like they were meant to spend time with each other. "I'm gonna go an' look fer a way out." she announced, looking rather determined. Adventuring was what she was born.. grown for. She spent the last few months on the road and loved it. It was just a real shame that Elliot wasn't there with her. It was even incredibly saddening. "Ya'll can figure out more 'bout this place." With that, she ran up, towards the apartments. She'd come back for some of the food in a bit.

Anna looked up at the strange man. She wasn't sure who or what he was. It was best to tres lightly. "I'm Anna Lee and believe me, I have no idea what or where this place is." Putting her hands into pockets. She looked around the room for a moment. The neon caught her eye. "This place is mighty colorful though." She smiled. "It's nice."
Folding her hands, she rocked on the balls of her feet. "I wonder how we got in this place. I was on a train last time I checked." She tapped her chin. "This really is a strange place. I'm not too sure 'bout it." For a moment, she paced around. "What is yer name?"

The short red-headed child, Anna Lee, slowly opened her eyes and was surprised by what she saw. The night before, she had fallen asleep on a freight train that her best friend, Elliot, and her had jumped on without being noticed. This was not that train. This.. What even was this? It looked like a building, but not one that she had ever been in before. There were strange colored, glowing lights all over the place and the floors were white a shiny. She was more used to being in a shack if she even was in a building.
Slowly, she got up on her feet and rubbed her eyes. That was when it hit her. Where was Elliot?! Panic filled her face. "El-Elliot?!" she shouted. "This ain't funny! We've gotta get goin'. We don't have time fer this." She started to walk around the mall center court, looking in trash cans and behind potted plants. "This ain't tha right place, Elliot. Please.. Just come out an' let's go on our way. We need ta leave 'fore they find us."
She was too distracted by looking for her friend to notice all of the food that was laid out for the new citizens of the mall. The music was a bit strange though.

Character Name: Anna Lee Fandom/ Original Character: Original Character [The Arcade Experience, an original comic]
Nickname(s)/ Alias: Ann, Anna Birthday: February 27, 1973
Age: 12 Gender: Female Species: Cabbage person
Canonical Job: Gold miner, specializing in explosives Personality: Anna is a nice child, who tends to be a bit of a worrywart. Helping people is something that she feels obligated to do. This obligation can lead her to a lot of stress due to being unable to help everyone. Even with this obligation, she tends to not trust people she doesn't know well. It will take a while for someone to gain her trust in them if they don't show her why she should trust them. That said, once someone does gain her trust, it can be moderately difficult to lose it. She is pretty forgiving of most things.
One of her biggest problems is that she tends to get caught up in the moment. This usually happens either when she is digging or helping someone. It can cause her to lose sight of what she needs to do for herself.
Sometimes she may try to pretend that she's just a sweet and naive little kid. However, don't let this act fool you. She knows how the worlds works all too well. She just longs for companionship as she never really had a family. Her lack of being adopted made her self conscious and she often tends to compare herself to others.
Powers: None. Weaknesses:- Asthma and a ragweed allergy
- Bullheaded
- Does as she wants
- Not the best at conversation
- Huge worrywart
- Needs sunlight [or a UV light] to truly stay healthy due to being part plant

- Bones that are stronger than an adult human's
- A creative thinker
- Always willing to lend a helping hand
History: Anna Lee started out life as a cabbage, just like everyone else of her kind, in Babyland, Georgia, on the planet Arcadia. Once the pollen of a special tree made contact with the cabbage, she started to become more human-like until she eventually emerged from her cabbage shell . Much like the rest of her kind, she was born without a real family. Her mother was a large, yet pretty ordinary cabbage and her father was a tree. She spent most of her early childhood, trying to find someone to take her in and raise her as their own.
When she was six, a jackrabbit, known as Cabbage Jack, grabbed her and sent her to work in a gold mine, as children are small and no one was watching Anna. The mine was owned by an old lady known as Lavender McDade. Anna did not like working for Lavender and hated her other bosses, Cabbage Jack and Bo Weasel. However, she did enjoy the work. Mining was calming to her. It wasn't too long before she met her best friend, Elliot Andrew, who was way more calm and composed than her, but also tended to not listen to others. Elliot became her partner in work and in crime. He taught her to do as she wanted and not what everyone else did. Well, within reason. They couldn't just fight the orders of their bosses in the mine. Not for another five years, at any rate. A year after Anna was promoted to an explosives expert [Note that she didn't actually get paid more. She still made the same amount of company scrip as she did from the beginning.], she and Elliot escaped the mine and made their way through Babyland Park and out to explore the world and find their own place to live. Items in Pocket: In her backpack, she has the following: - Pick
- Shovel
- Sketchbook
- Pencil
- Two cans of carbide.
In her actual pockets, she just has an asthma inhaler and she also wears an 1800's styled mining hat with a carbide lamp on it.
Item Taken From Home: Her homemade cigar-box guitar
